Josephine Gagliardi founded the firm in 1990. She started out with general practice in the areas of family, criminal, immigration and federal civil litigation. Given that Fort Myers attracts many new residents from all over the world, it is not surprising that more and more of of the firm's clients are non-U.S. citizens in need of competent assistance to regularize their U.S. Immigration status. Consequently, Josephine has built on her Immigration Law expertise acquired during her legal career prior to opening her own practice, by applying herself to mastering all facets of Immigration laws to help her clients. As a result of her dedication and positive results for many clients her practice has become increasingly concentrated in Immigration Law. This includes family petitions, business and other occupational related applications, citizenship applications and representation in Immigration Court and overseas' consular matters. Although the majority of our clients reside in Southwest Florida, we also have clients from other parts of the United States and the World. Because U.S. Immigration involves federal law, which is uniform throughout the country, and because many applications do not involve the necessity for a personal appearance, we can serve clients throughout the country and in the global community.

In the summer of 2003, Gerald Seipp, an attorney admitted in New York State, associated with Ms. Gagliardi and limits his practice to federal immigration matters. Mr. Seipp has been practicing Immigration law for over 20 years on a national level and also taught Immigration Law at the University at Buffalo for 15 years. Ms. Gagliardi and Mr. Seipp work together as a team to assure that every client receives optimal services. We pride ourselves on client accessibility and accountability and our knowledge of the law and government procedures. In addition to attending professional conferences to keep updated on the many changes in laws and procedures, Ms. Gagliardi and Mr. Seipp are involved in organizing and lecturing at national and local Continuing Legal Education Conferences on Immigration law.
