Provided a “Declaration”, as Expert in Vehicle Forfeiture Law, for Plaintiffs in Gete v. INS [121 F.3d 1285 (9th Cir 1997)] class action litigation, which culminated in Ninth Circuit decision in favor of Plaintiffs, followed by Stipulated Settlement

Appointed as Expert by U.S. District Judge Raymond Dearie, Eastern District of New York - submitted Affirmation in support of Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, based on collateral attack of prior deportation order - criminal prosecution under 8 USC §1326 for illegal entry after deportation (2003)

Faculty Member - State University of New York at Buffalo Law School - continuously from 1988 through 2002 - Immigration Law Adjunct Instructor [Previously employed as Full time Clinical Instructor from 1977-1981 in areas of Family Law, Welfare Law, Mental Health Law, Juvenile Justice Law, and Education Law, with emphasis on representation of Disabled Students and their families.
